Alishia is an innocent young woman living in Noreela City.  She is the librarian, looking after the vast, sprawling library.  She receives few visitors – people spend most of their time working to stay alive in the declining land of Noreela, rather than reading.  As such she is quite innocent and naïve, yet she also has plenty of time to read.  As DUSK begins she has yet to travel beyond the City walls … but she has vast knowledge.  Magic’s reappearance sets her on a long journey.
