L A K E   DE N Y A H

On the western side of Noreela, Lake Denyah sits alongside the Monastery, retreat of the Red Monks. It is a large body of water over a hundred miles long and thirty wide at its widest. It was here, on the shores of the lake, that the first battle of the Cataclysmic War took place. It is a place scarred by its past. Nobody goes there, and though the lake has life aplenty, it is not fished.

There are other things lurking in the lake. Big things. Dark things, that do not like the light. They are unknown and unknowable, but sometimes they choose to rise.
