R O V E R S

Rovers wander Noreela in groups varying from dozens to several hundred.  They live off the land, spend their time eating and drinking, apparently carefree.  They are a superstitious breed, but proud of their long heritage and their self sufficiency.  They bow to no one and defend themselves and their property viciously … as is made obvious to Kosar the Thief when he tries stealing from them.
