A string of islands twisting north of Noreela hundreds of miles out to sea.  Some say it flexes to and fro, while others maintain that it has no end.

The Mages were driven along the spine at the end of the Cataclysmic War .. .and it is here, in the eyes of a lonely look-out, that their vengeful army will first be seen again.
